Squat Tuesday

Warm up: 3 rounds of 8 med ball cleans, 8 PVC Overhead Squats, 18 Mountain Climbs

WOD: Power Cleans 3-3-3-3-3 : 20:25:27:30(1):27

Then 5 rounds of "Nancy" (400m run, 15 OH squats) for time.

19:57 with 7kg bar

Same deal as yesterday! Give me shit if I don't workout tomorrow! :P
