100 Push Up Monday

Warm up: 4 mins shoulder mobility stretching then 3 x 1 lap of inch worm, 100m run, 8 Kettlebell presses presses on each arm

WOD: Thrusters 3-3-3-3-3 : 25-27.5-27.5(2)-25-25

100 push ups with 8 burpees every break
Cut off time 12mins. My time: 11:50
